In 1986 my mother was not #versed on #policy & #procedure in #MontgomeryCountyMaryland. In 2017 I attempted to get a copy of the policy and procedure handbook for the police department and was told that there isn’t a copy. Had my mom been aware of the policy/ procedures that detective Beasley did not follow in 1986 we probably would have received #Justice for Keith and #accountability in her 23yr struggle. I suggest everyone take an #opportunity and become versed on the laws of the city,county, and state that you live in. #Google University is a great tool / resource.
