What do a noose + a tree + a autopsy + clothing + toxicology equal? Justice in the death of Keith Warren and Accountability for my mom. Detective Beasley did everything in his power to make sure that there would be no evidence to reference back too and MCMPD allowed this blatant act of coverup to hide the truth as to how Keith got on the tree. This is not speculation but fact. Fact is Detective had control over the body and sent it to the funeral home of his choice, Detective Beasley had control over the noose and it came up missing, Detective Beasley/Officer Leverrette had control over the last articles of clothing Keith had on, Detective Beasley did not do the basic of a toxicology or lvidity test to determine the approximate time and day of death and Detective Beasley/Officer Leverette did not do basic (interviewing witness’s) of any police procedure
1. WHAT EVIDENCE DOES THE POLICE HAVE TO SUBSTANTIATE A RULING OF SUICIDE IN THE KEITH WARREN DEATH?
A) Det. Beasley stated to Keith’s mother that the suicide was based on the way the knot was tied.
2. HOW WAS THE KNOT TIED? TYPE OF LIGATURE?
A) August 1, 1986 Keith’s uncle requested the noose. The police said it was missing. B) 2017 note… the noose was never returned to the family
3. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE KNOT? WAS IT ANALYZED? RESULTS?
A) No response to questions asked
4. OFFICER LEVERETTE STATED IN HIS REPORT. “VICTIM APPARENTLY USED A LOG TO JUMP OFF.” DID OFFICER LEVERETTE ACTUALLY SEE A LOG?
A) A member of the Kensington Fire and Rescue Squad, first on scene contradicts the notion of there being anything from which to jump. None of the photos show a log.
5. DID THE POLICE CUT THE TREE DOWN? WHY? WHAT HAPPENED TO IT?
A) Five people verify that one week later Police Chief Brooks told them that the tree was down for B) Was this recorded? Was the tree analyzed? Results?
6. DID THE POLICE QUESTION THE INDIVIDUALS THAT FOUND THE BODY IN THE WOODS?
A). There are two persons in the police photos, there were three who greeted the rescue squad and argued about which one would show them the body, and there are three that refuse now to speak without counsel.
ONE WOULD HAVE TO ARGUE THAT THE FACTS IN THIS CASE WOULD RESOLVE ALL THE QUESTIONS SURROUNDING THE DETERMINATION OF DEATH.
