If your agency has nothing to conceal and is operating with full transparency in the investigation into the death of my teenage brother—who was found strung up on a tree—then there is no legitimate reason for an eight-month delay in producing the documents I lawfully requested.
Instead of complying, efforts were made to have my complaint dismissed.
That is not transparency. That is obstruction.
When a government agency resists disclosure rather than providing it, the question is no longer what is being investigated — but what is being protected. I’m gonna keep saying this. Maryland has a serious problem with law-enforcement, abiding by laws in Montgomery County specifically.
