When misconduct, bias, or a failure to properly investigate comes to light in one case, it naturally raises questions about every other case handled by the same individuals.
In my brother Keith Warren’s case, I’ve often wondered how many opportunities existed to do the right thing—and how many people chose not to.
The public is constantly asked to trust the process. But trust is earned through transparency, accountability, and a willingness to examine past mistakes—not by protecting those who made them.
