40 years later—and they still made arrests.
Let that sink in.
Because in Montgomery County, Maryland, they’ve spent nearly the same amount of time doing the opposite:
stalling, deflecting, and withholding.
Keith Warren’s case is reopened.
The law is clear.
And yet we are still waiting on documents under the MPIA.
Still waiting on action.
Still waiting on accountability.
One department brought a family closure.
The other continues to delay it.
