40 years later—and they still made arrests.
Let that sink in.
Because in Montgomery County, Maryland, they’ve spent nearly the same amount of time doing the opposite:
stalling, deflecting, and withholding.

The law is clear.

Still waiting on action.
Still waiting on accountability.
