Still waiting on documents requested under the Maryland Public Information Act… while Montgomery County Maryland Police Department tries to negotiate not releasing them.
And this isn’t happening in some struggling third-world country—this is happening in one of the wealthiest counties in Maryland.
Transparency shouldn’t require bargaining.
