I’m so disgusted by their ignorance, lack of empathy, and most of all their complete idiocy replying to/talking about the case, especially without any respect, on a shared thread with the victim’s family. BUT THE AUDACITY to send you a follow up saying it’s not reopened, after the thread comment they thought you could not see about how the case WAS reopened, is absolutely laughable. I’m so sorry, this is so wrong.
