Dear Montgomery County Maryland Police department. With the new era rolling in calling for transparency in the police departments on a local level, all it takes to right this wrong is for one current officer to come forward and acknowledge that procedure and policy was not followed in the hours following the death of Keith warren. That transparency starts with officers coming forward and reporting the wrongs they see being performed by fellow officers. As I have stated previously I cannot for 100% say that Keith did not put himself on the tree because I was not there however, physical evidence, pictures and statements from those who were on scene support the fact that he did NOT. MCMPD you have no credible documentation to support your argument of suicide and I sincerely ask that the current administration right the wrong of the past today- Sherri Warren
