Police notes- wine cooler

Per Detective notes…. there were 2 wine cap found in the pockets of Keith, however there was no bottles.  Also note at the time when Keith’s personal effects were given back to my family we were given 2 empty 4 pack carriers for wine coolers.  So I guess Detective Beasley thought that Keith drank all 8 bottles and because he was thinking of the environment Keith went to throw all 8 bottles away before he decide to use 2 trees to hang himself?
